To proceed this process, you have to update more details about you with supporting documents such as; CR COPY, Trade name, Logo etc.The upgrade process will be approved only after an investigation by our marketing team and approved thatyou are a genuine reseller and you have the right to resale the products.
All prices are in Saudi Riyals. Site prices are subject to modification at any time. Prices may also vary due to a launching price, a promotional offer or sales. Prices of items that are not in stock or that are available for a pre-order are valid during its promotional period after the order was placed. Should the price of those items change with respect to the pre-order price, Customer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel the order. Presently we have 2 options for payment. Either offline or cash on delivery. Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay cash to our representative/Shipping agent upon delivering your product.However, we will confirm the possibility of COD before processing the order. COD optionmay be rejected due to several cases
If the COD condition rejected, you have to use Offline payment method; Remittance in advance. Offline payment means that the client has to settle the amount via TT or deposit to listed bank accounts and describe the remittance details. Once the finance authorities approved the receipt of remittance, the clientwill be notified via website and further process of dispatch, otherwise the order may be cancelled without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. We also reserve the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.
The order form filled out online by the customer cannot be considered as an invoice, but it is a purchase order. Regardless of the purchase or payment methods, the Customer receives an invoice inside his/her parcel when it is delivered. A digital copy of each invoice is registered in our secure and encrypted database.
If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it. Further, you agree that any unauthorized use of the Site and its services as a result of your negligent act or omission would result in irreparable injury to our website and we shall treat any such unauthorized use as subject to the Terms.
Products deemed to be super-savers or highly discounted by the company might be limited by quantity per order and company reserve the right to alter ordered quantity for such products and or cancel the order with or without consent of the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid order under any circumstances without any owed liability towards customer or otherwise, in-case of paid order we still reserve this right as long as paid amount is returned in full.
The materials that the client are going to purchase or purchased via lafi-sa.com may not owned by lafi-sa.com some often. There are so many materials listed in the website belongs to many third party suppliers. Lafi-sa.com undertakes the responsibility to distribute their products via our own platform either via online or own showrooms. According to the design of our website, any complaint or warranty claim raised by the client, the third party supplier can involve in the discussion while he immediately receives your complaint or claims. The client can communicate withThe Third Party Supplier directly or through lafi-sa.com. Any technical issues can also be solved between Third Party Supplier and client directly.
All warranty periods indicated are from lafi-sa.com, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by lafi-sa.com. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or product manuals/packaging for more information.
Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does lafi-sa.com warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.
Product(s) can be claimed for warranty based on the following conditions:
Product(s) should not be in used condition and should not show that it was previously used.
Save the original seal.
No software should be installed or deleted.
No unauthorized software should be installed.
Product(s) should have the complete original packaging (if product was sold in original packaging).
Saved accessories, consumables included with the Product(s), components, labels, accompanying documentation and software, and etc.
Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
Product(s) that cannot be claimed for warranty based on the following conditions:
Non-warranty products
Cables wires, cords, cables which are released by the meter CD, Cartridges, or any Consumable product.
Product(s) which are refurbished or sold with a special super low price (Marked down products, Flash Sales, Seasons Sales, Special offers, Today Deals, Open Box, Daily Deals or any other Product(s) which have been sold with discount)
Physically damaged Product(s)
Missing or incomplete Product(s)
Free-size or Multi color Product(s) cannot be claimed. (Product(s) listed on the Site as multi-color, free-size, assorted color, assorted design, etc. are items on which size/color cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.)
Product(s) accessories (only main item can be claimed for warranty)
Mis-used or altered the device.
To claim for a Refund, please check if the purchased Product(s) fall under the warranty as per the Warranty Policy. If the Product(s) fall under warranty, then you can claim for Refund based on the following conditions:
Customer can claim for Refund for the purchased Product(s) within 7 days from the date of receiving the Product(s).
Contact to our customer service No. 920019196 and describe the reason for refund request. If the request is accepted, the customer will be instructed to proceed the Return process via same Track order screen. The amount will refunded after the shipment reached back intact and inspected our technical/marketing team.
After the 7 days of the delivery, Product(s) can only be repaired as per the Repair policy.
Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
Amount of the Refund only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted as well.
Refunds will be made through the same bank which the customer remitted the amount. If the mode of payment had made through COD, the customer either collect the amount from our finance department with ID proof or write down own bank details on Refund screen, otherwise send an e-mail from the user registered email with ID copy.
If the Product(s) is qualified for the Refund, then please follow the below process to claim for a Refund:
Raise a Complaint: Go to Dashboard, My Orders, Track order, File a Complaint and follow the screen.
Our support team will review the case and approve the Refund, if qualified.
Pickup Process: Once the complaint is approved, the product pickup process will start.
The Product(s) will be picked up by the courier company, otherwise the customer has to send the material(s) by his own expense to any one of showrooms/stores in Jeddah.
After receiving the Product(s), it will be sent for inspection, if approved. If the Product(s) is found faulty as per the policy then the Refund process will be initiated. If not approved, For Product(s) not faulty and claimed due to the Product(s) not being as per expectations, pickup charges will be applied.
To claim for a Return, please check if the purchased Product(s) falls under the warranty as per the Warranty Policy. If the Product(s) is under warranty, then you can claim for Return based on the following conditions:

Lafi-sa.com can facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail Product(s), but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service.
Lafi-sa.com is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.
