The tasks were supervised by well trained, specialized technical team.  However, in 1990s onwards, Lafi Business Group limited the public service on supporting electronic brands that we exclusively deal with only.  By adding new features such as; web based tracking facilities, instant SMS notifications, online status view etc., are subjected as part of ensuring the best service for our clients always.

Lafi Business Group quite aware of the requirements of customers, distributors and dealers.  We have facilitated via our website, more user friendly options to know full details about our products & services.  The users have been classified by different categories and allowed them different user rights.  The Dealers and Distributors are the secondary category who can view different level of prices on MOQ basis, creating quotations for their clients, online order placing, online technical support, online chat, SMS services etc., are some of them.  Warehouse stock status view is a special privilege right for level-1 Dealers.
